See Through

Dress: Asos | Shoes: Zara | Bag: Guess

Let's party! I cannot wait to show off with this outfit. It screams booty call! LOL. It is so perfect as its not showing too much skin but still accentuates the giod part of me. The combination of the leather and the see through part, highlighting the cut and the length of the skirt too, is divine! I think all the women out there should own a piece like this. And what the best thing of all? I got it on sale. Oooh, i love sale. Who doesn't?

Lady in Red

Dress: Asos | Shoes: Zara | Bag: Mango

Hi. I hope you are in a good mood today, dolls. I hope this outfit will inspire you. I've been wanting to have a red dress ever since. But i haven't found the one that would give that OOMPH effect on me, till i saw this dress. It is screaming elegance and sophistication. At first i thought it wouldn't look good on my skin tone. But this shade of red is just about right.
What i like about dresses in solid colors is that they are eye catching. Most especially the red ones. You will always be the center of attention wherever you go. And every woman needs that attention from time to time. Going back to the dress, the overlapping at the bottom adds up to the glamour of the look. It gives an edge to a simple dress like this. One thing i don't like but certainly doesn't mind is the cut on the waistline.

Look at the back

Dress: Forever 21 | Shoes: Zara

Hello there dolls! Its a great day today here down under. The weather is so nice. Even though the sun is trying to burn our skin, the wind is always there to rescue. I am out to stroll around town with this backless dress, which is quite old. I remember buying this dress as i am not sure whether i have the heart to wear it outdoor, at daytime. You see, this dress doesn't require you to wear bra. And the worse thing is this dress doesn't have pads for support either. So i feel weird and somehow uncomfortable every time i wear this. But i'm getting use to it. And hey, women here in Australia doesn't even wear bra whenever, wherever, whatever! So...
I like peek-a-boo dresses. They seem naive in front and when you turn around, boom! But i always go with long sleeves. It looks more mature i guess. And for this type of dress where you don't have a choice but to wear only nipple tapes, it is clever to have it in black. Where the tapes are unnoticeable. But if you are brave enough you can wear it bear, though i'm sensing a fashion crime. LOL.

Surfers Paradise

Corset: Topshop | Skirt: Topshop | Shoes: Zara

We decided to roam around Gold Coast and saw this beach along the way, Surfers Paradise. And as the name suggest, it is indeed a surfers beach. The waves are crazy big. Well, i don't mind as i cant swim, i don't know how! So what a better way to enjoy the view than to do a photoshoot. Perfect background, with the sand and the clouds.

What is Skort?

Top: Mango | Skort: Zara | Shoes: Zara

There is a skort mania happening around the blogging industry. And yes, I've joined the craze. I remember having a similar one back in the olden days. But we call it "culottes". Its a combination of short and skirt, but a little loose. I believe that the fashion is just repeating. They only make few changes to the cut and give it a different name.
If you look into my closet, all you can see is black. Everytime I tried on different colours, I always end up picking the black one. I don't know, maybe it is the safer choice, goes with everything. But now, I see that the fashion industry has been into color blocking. And I want to try. So I was looking for coloured tops, then I see this emerald blue top. Mango has a variety of coloured tops to choose from. And what I like is they really have a good fabric, not too thin but is very soft. And the colours are very rich.

Corset

Corset: Topshop | Skirt: Topshop | Shoes: Zara

Im really a fan of corsets and florals. And what a joy when I found this floral corset at Topshop. The most amazing part is I got it on sale. Yay! I love it when brands like Zara, Mango and Topshop is on sale. I can still get those clothes I've been eyeing for at half the price. Sure, it's last season's, but I don't care. I live in the country where the season is the opposite. So yes, I can still where it.

Summer Patterns

Crop Top: Topshop | Skirt: Zara | Shoes: Zara

As much as i love this skirt, i worry about the overlapped part opening wide everytime i sit down. Since the skirt is too short, it opens all the way up. Have you experienced that? My husband told me to just wear a boyleg. But i dont know, i still feel uneasy. Sigh. Another thing, i also love wearing crop tops. However, i still have stretch marks from my pregnancy that doesnt seem to go away. I really got big when i was pregnant that's why the marks are really long and deep. Would you know a cream to somehow lessen the marks?

Stripes and Dots

Top: Forever21 | Skirt: Miss Selfridge | Shoes: Zara

I love this combo. I love playing with patterns, well except florals. I think floral is too busy it becomes too much. Stripes or dots on the other hand goes with everything. Especially if its in black and white. But i like wider lines for striped though. I believe smaller lines make a person bigger, dont you think?
Miss selfridge's skirts are to die for. They look elegant and fun at the same time. Too bad they dont have boutiques here in Australia. That is what i like living in Singapore where almost all of the brands are everywhere. It is indeed a shopping heaven. And the shops are open till 10 in the evening. Now, i might be doing a lot of online shopping instead. But not all brands ships in Australia.

Some Leather

Corset: Topshop | Skirt: Topshop | Shoes: Zara

Happy new year everyone! Hope you had a blast.New year brings a lot of new things to me. First of all, i'm now in a new Country! Just arrived few days ago. It was a BIG move for me as it will be like starting a new life over again. Not my first time to move to live in another country but this time, I know I would be staying here for good. I already love Australia the moment I step my foot on it. The air is so fresh. The traffic is so light. I see lots of trees instead of buildings. So different from Singapore, where I used to live for 2 years. It was kinda laid back here, which I like most. The only downside (for me) is the lack of foreign brands I highly patronized (like Zara, Mango, Miss Selfridge), at least on the state where I am now.
